When I was 14 I had an amazing black velvet dress that I bought for my first high school party. I just hope that I'll be able to find it somewhere at my parent's house 'cause velvet is so hot right now!
Note to self: fashion is cyclical - never throw away anything! 

Quando avevo 14 anni avevo un meraviglioso vestito di velluto nero che avevo comprato per la mia prima festa del liceo. Spero soltanto di riuscire a ritrovarlo da qualche parte a casa dei miei genitori perchè il velluto è tornato prepotentemente di moda in questo momento! 
Nota per me stessa: la moda è ciclica - non gettare mai via nulla!

    a me proprio il velluto nn piace... :( nn riesce proprio a piaecermi mi ricorda un vecchio body del pattinaggio che usavo quando avevo 10 anni che proprio non volevo mettere :P

    Anche io all'età di 14 anni avevo un vestito di velluto. Blu. Per il mio compleanno. Da allora penso di aver un po' odiato il velluto. Sarà che ero più cicciotta all'epoca e non mi ci vedevo proprio ma per anni non mi è andato giù. Ora dopo 6 anni e con ben 15kg in meno vorrei ritentare. Chissà che non diventi una rivelazione :D

    yah for many years.. noone wore anything velvet.. and now it's making a comeback!! haha.... i love the feel of velvet... and i always see velvet blazers and shirts at thrift stores... the velvet peplum dress looks great!
